Hijra New Year And Muharram

The whole universe was revealed from a spot, got into existence with basmala; the Truth of Muhammadi became the mirror of the universe.

It was advised to fast on the 9th and 10th days of Muharram, which is the beginning of The Islamic New Year, by Rasulullah Muhammad (SAW) with hadith. He said that Muharram is the month and treasure of Allah. There is a big reward for the ones who fast. The Deluge of Noah, the destruction of the Pharaoh of Moses (Peace be upon him) and the martyrdom of Hz. Husayn in Karbala all happened this day.

Briefly, after The Festival of Ramadan and The Festival of The Sacrifice, the most virtous days are the first 10 days of Muharram and the month of Muharram itself.

We are spiritually happy because of reaching these beautiful days that contribute to the spirituality of the humanity, and we are praying Allah for these days to be beneficial and blessed for the Islamic world.
