The Three Months

July 2007 Three Months Message

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
(In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful)

A Hadith: “On the Day of Judgement, the whole people are hungry except for these;

a) The prophets and their relatives,

b)The ones who fast during the months of Rajab, Sha’aban and Ramadan.

These will be full, and there will be no hunger and thirst for them.”

As it is widely known, the four months that were important for the previous civilizations (including the month of Dhu al-Hijjah in which the Hajj Pilgrimage takes place) are sacred months which were given by Allahu Tealâ to the ummah of Rasulullah (SAV), and they have a special place in Islam. The first one is the month of Rajab and it is the month of Allahu Tealâ. The month of Sha’aban is the month of Rasulullah (SAV). Ramadan is the month of the ummah. These months also include the nights of Ragaib, Mi’raj, Baraat and Qadr when the Rahmat (mercy, pity) and the Magfirat (forgiveness) of Allah are abundant. During these months, the nur (holy light) of Islam flows into the earth, and that is why the hearts get softened and the mercy of people increase.

The rewards of the prayers are more plentiful in these months and moreover, in the month of Ramadan, people get into the Nafs training and try to get the consent of Hakk Tealâ with a spiritual purity. This is a blessing of Allah from His own person.

A part of these things that were said are the prayers that the Muslims should perform, their duty and a way to get closer to Allah. So, if we apply our knowledge of wisdom (ilm-al-yakin) as the knowledge of eye (ayn-al-yakin), this will help us to reach to ihlas( the sincerety of belief and prayers) and we will be able to get closer to Hakk and reach our prayer.

We are praying to Allahu Tealâ for our brothers and sisters who follow us and try to get spiritual delight and for the whole Muslims in the world, to benefit our way. We are wishing from Allah with our prayers and pleadings, the forgiveness of our Rabb Tealâ Hz., the contentment and shafaat ( the intercession) of Rasulullah (SAV) , the help of our masters and the abundancy of spiritual delight from our sultans.

Let this be blessed to the Islamic world and the Muslims.

Assalamu Alaykum
